The Frame Building Expo is the National Frame Building Association’s annual trade show and education event for the post-frame construction industry: the builders who put up barns, shops, equestrian buildings, and rural commercial and residential post-frame structures, and the suppliers of the trusses, posts, metal panels, trim, doors and fasteners they use.
The 2027 expo runs February 8 to 10, 2027, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio. The association’s schedule starts a couple of days earlier with exhibitor setup, so check the official program for the hours the floor is open.
Who goes: post-frame builders and their crews, panel and trim suppliers, roll formers serving the ag and rural market, and manufacturers of the components that go into a post-frame building.
What a metal roofer or fabricator gets out of it: post-frame is where a great deal of exposed-fastener metal roofing and siding is sold, most of it 29 gauge and 26 gauge ag panel. If you supply panels to post-frame builders, or you want to install the metal on their buildings, this is where the customers are. It is also the place to see how builders are specifying panels, trim and fasteners for the next season. Our 2027 trade show calendar puts it alongside the other shows.
