The Sunbelt Builders Show is the Texas Association of Builders’ annual trade show and conference for residential construction in Texas and the surrounding states, with an exhibit floor and education sessions for builders and remodelers.
The 2027 show runs August 30 to September 2, 2027, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. The association’s own calendar shows a slightly shorter range, so check the official site for the days the floor is open.
Who goes: Texas home builders and remodelers, their purchasing and construction managers, and the product manufacturers and distributors who want to reach them.
What a metal roofer or fabricator gets out of it: this is where Texas builders shop for the products they will put on next year’s homes. Metal on porches, accents and whole roofs keeps showing up in Texas plans, and a metal roofing company that wants builder work, or a panel shop that wants to supply it, will find buyers here. Our trade show calendar lists the RCAT conference three weeks later.
Registration and exhibitor details are on the official site at sunbeltbuildersshow.com.
