The Metal Building Manufacturers Association represents the companies that design and produce metal building systems, the engineered steel structures with metal roof and wall panels used for warehouses, shops, churches, schools and farm buildings. Its annual meeting is where the member companies take stock of the year and set priorities for the next one.
The 2026 Annual Meeting runs December 7 to 9, 2026, in Orlando, Florida. The association had not named the hotel in its announcement when we checked, and it asks people to contact it about registration.
Who goes: executives and staff of metal building manufacturers, and associate members from the supply side. It is an association meeting, not an open trade show.

The research, codes and market work these manufacturers do together shapes the metal building roof systems that erectors and roofers install, so it is worth reading what comes out of the meeting. Contractors who erect metal buildings should look at the trade show calendar for the MBCEA conference in May.
